THE CHAVA RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY

Peak Season (20th December to 14th January)

• Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival – No charge
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – 50% charge of total stay
• No shows on the day of arrival – Total of stay will be charged

High Season (17th October to 10th May, excludes peak season)

• Cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival – No charge
• Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival – One night charge
• No shows on the day of arrival – 50% charge of total stay

Green Season (11th May to 16th October)

• Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to arrival – No charge
• Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival – One night charge
• No shows on the day of arrival – Two night charge
