Visit the Upside Down House (Baan Teelanka) in the northern outskirts of Phuket Town. A new attraction that opened in April 2014. An amazing three-storey house built leaning on its roof with a garden maze to find you way around as well. Walk around the house by standing on the ceilings and feel like Alice in Wonderland. Definitely a place to take some holiday photos. It has a coffee shop, a souvenir shop and two charming boutiques.
Phuket Bird Park is not far from Surin beach, set in a beautiful hillside of windy pathways and sculptures made from strange memorabilia. You will think you are in a Disney film with hundreds of exotic birds and tropical butterflies from all over the world. Relax in one of the three cafés, and visit the souvenir shop before you go.
Why not take in some Modern Art at the Phuket Trickeye Museum. It is a wonderful exhibition of interactive 3D paintings or Perspectival illusionism that looks so lifelike that you will want to get up close to make sure it’s a painting.
